Occupational Therapist (B.App.Sc.O.T.)
Tamika graduated in 2009 at Uni SA in Adelaide, and began her career in community mental health before transitioning to vocational rehabilitation in 2011. She brings extensive expertise in mental health and physical injury management, with a strong focus on managing complex claims, achieving positive outcomes, and empowering clients to regain independence to return to normal functioning. She provides a range of services including worksite assessments, ergonomic and ADL assessments.
Tamika emphasises education as a key tool to empower both individuals and employers. Her areas of focus include mental health, pain education, and strategies for pacing, energy conservation, graded activity, exposure programs, task modification, and the prescription of aids and equipment.
Building strong connections and rapport with individuals, employers, and treatment providers is central to Tamika’s practice. She adopts a collaborative approach to ensure the best possible outcomes. Tamika is particularly passionate about helping clients achieve their personal goals and supporting their return to meaningful and purposeful activities in both work and home settings.

Graduating in 2016, Lucy commenced her physiotherapy career working across private practice, hospital, and community settings, before transitioning into vocational rehabilitation in 2020. Since then, Lucy has supported clients in navigating recovery from physical and psychological injuries, particularly complex cases, while helping them return to meaningful activity and work.
Lucy is passionate about restoring function and independence through tailored, evidence-based care, with a strong emphasis on empowering clients through self-management strategies. She recognises the psychological impact that physical injury can have and takes a holistic approach that addresses both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Known for her warm and collaborative style, Lucy values building strong therapeutic relationships and working closely with all stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
Lucy provides a range of services, including ADL, Worksite and Ergonomic Assessments and Manual Handling and Ergonomics training.
